Hey all.
So yes I know today is the 14th of June but i forgot to blog last night so doing it quickly now.
So yesterday went well I think, it was a non fast day and I felt like I had been quite good.
Using my fitness pall I had a goal of 1730 calories and I only consumed 1132 leaving me with 725 calories left which I believe was awesome!!!
So my breakfast came to a total of 184 calories- 1 scrambled egg, 1 slice of wholemeal toast and a cup of coffee.
Then me and my partner decided to go out as it was a lovely day, we ended up going to Costa and I got an iced lemonade small which came in at 98 calories so not bad for Costa eh? My partner had a double chocolate mocha latter which had about 600 calories ha ha.
I started to feel hungry so we went to Sainsbury but everything was very high in calories and I wasn’t feeling nay of it so we ended up in SUBWAY!!!
Oh boy what was I doing in subway? I got a Flatbread Foot long with chicken tikka and lettuce, low fat mayo and peppers coming in at 604 calories. Now this was extremely healthy for me and a bit of a change because before my diet I would off gotten the same sandwich but on hearty Italian bread, and had a bottle of coke and a packet of crisps along with it.
We decided to take the Subway home so on our way home I did decided to stop and get a kinder bueno my favourite ever chocolate bar which was 246 calories as I had the whole two bars.
And that was everything I ate yesterday and all before 6pm with only one hunger pang. I did end up having two cups of cold coffee as I was feeling so tired and kept falling asleep.
I also had 1.5 litres of water!
Hopefully this new diet will sort out my tiredness.
I also did a 30 min walk yesterday at a slow pace which burnt 127 calories according to My Fitness Pal.
Today I start a new diet day, not sure if it will be a fast day as I have a long day of travelling ahead of me and will be staying at friends for a few nights but will keep you all update!
